Terms of use

A few ground rules.

Updated 8 September 2026

These terms cover this website and how you contact the Yapp team.

About Yapp

Yapp is a personal language-practice app in development from Super Creative Incorporated, a US-based corporation. This website explains the project and provides support. It does not offer a public app download, sell an app or accept payments. Features and availability may change during development.

Using this website

You may browse the site and contact us for legitimate enquiries, feedback, app support or privacy requests. Do not send spam, impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, interfere with the site or attempt to access information you are not authorized to see.

Your messages

Only send information you have the right to share. Keep messages relevant and avoid passwords, payment-card information and sensitive personal details. You retain your rights in the material you send; sending a message allows us to review it and use it to address your request. Our privacy policy explains how contact information is handled.

Language practice and AI

Yapp’s development versions use AI to generate translations and speech. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. Review the wording and meaning before relying on it. Yapp is a learning aid, not a substitute for a qualified interpreter or professional medical, legal, safety or emergency advice.

App access and purchases

Access to a test build may have separate testing terms supplied with that build. This website does not grant access to a beta or create a purchase or subscription. Any future App Store release will identify its applicable license and purchase conditions. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement describes the default license for App Store apps where no custom license is provided.

Site content and external services

The Yapp name, artwork and website content belong to their respective rights holders. You may link to this site; do not imply our endorsement or reuse branding in a misleading way. Google hosts the contact form, and linked third-party services have their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Availability and your rights

We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but development plans can change and interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not replace any mandatory consumer rights or separate agreement that applies to you.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the project changes and will show the revised date on this page. For questions, use our contact form.
